DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Amen Properties, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AMEN) today announced financial results for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2025. The Company posted revenue of $546 thousand and net income of $273 thousand. These results compare to revenue of $857 thousand and net income of $626 thousand for the same quarter in 2024. The decline in revenue was driven primarily by changes in commodity prices and demand.
Amen also announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has approved the payment of a quarterly dividend of $7.50 per share to be paid to shareholders of record on December 31 with a payment date of January 7.
