DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Amen Properties, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AMEN) today announced financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The Company posted revenue of $2.3 million and net income of $1.7 million. These results compare to revenue of $4.1 million and net income of $2.1 million for 2024. The Company’s reduced revenue and profitability in 2025 were mainly due to decreased commodity prices and demand.
Amen also announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has approved the payment of a quarterly dividend of $10.00 per share. Additionally, the Board approved payment of a special dividend of $3.20 per share to satisfy the Company’s tithing obligation for 2025. Both dividends will be paid to shareholders of record on March 31 with a payment date of April 10.
