DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Amen Properties, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AMEN) today announced financial results for the second quarter of 2024. The Company posted revenue of $1.3 million and net income of $574 thousand. These results compare to revenue of $1.2 million and net income of $637 thousand for the same period in 2023.
Amen also announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has approved the payment of a quarterly dividend of $10.00 per share. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on September 30, 2024, with a payment date of October 7, 2024.
