From its inception in 1997 through February of 2009, Amen was a public company traded on the NASDAQ stock
exchange under the symbol AMEN.  In response to the dramatic increase in costs associated with NASDAQ and SEC
compliance, the Board decided in February 2009 to delist and deregister the company's stock.

Amen's common stock now trades on the Pink Sheets under the symbol AMEN.PK.
